Wagner’s team is responsible for Organizational Design and Capabilities, workforce analytics, AI inference of skills, upskilling/reskilling, and future of careers. Prior to Prudential, Wagner was the VP, Global Head of Leadership Development during IBM’s largest transformation in its history. Wagner was born and raised in Sao Paulo, Brazil, and holds a bachelor’s degree in communications, a Masters in Clinical Social Work from New York University.
