Dr Tracey Leghorn joined SUEZ recycling and recovery UK in 2018. Tracey is the Chief Business Services Officer with a Board-level portfolio encompasses Business Transformation, IT, Project Management, HR, Health & Safety and Facilities. As a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, Tracey’s HR career has spanned both the public and private sectors in industries such as healthcare, pharmaceuticals, hospitality, foodservices, banking services and environmental services as well as several years in consultancy with PwC.

Tracey is an advocate for gender equity and all aspects of inclusion. Her commitment to improve the lives, position and opportunities of women, in and outside of the workplace, is informed by research into ‘women and work’ which has earned her a doctorate from the University of Leicester. Tracey is an award-winning C-suite professional leading world-class business service functions. Tracey is trailblazing the wellbeing, inclusion, sustainable development and social value agendas as part of the HR offering within the waste industry which has resulted in her being recognised as one of the Waste and Resources Sector’s Hot 100 Key Influencers for three years running as well as identified as one of HR Magazine’s most influential HR Practitioners in 2022 and 2023.
